This rural town is made up of rolling hills and huge majestic oaks. Its pride and joy is the beautiful and historic Bridgeport Covered Bridge. Meandering below the bridge is the Yuba River which boasts many hiking trails and scenic views.

LAKE WILDWOOD, CA

A fantastic gated community featuring a 300 acre lake and an 18 hole championship golf course. Located in Penn Valley and close to Bridgeport State Park. Lake Wildwood real estate has been a popular choice with many people due to the community’s amenities.

NORTH SAN JUAN, CA

A small town with huge natural beauty! Scenic Highway 49 takes you to this very small historic town. Malakoff Diggins State Park is also nearby. A must see!
